Why Do I Give a F&$k?

Welcome to Why do I give a F&$K??, hosted by JoHanna “J” Thompson and Diane Tate.

The idea for Why Do I Give a F&$k?? (YDIGAF) came about when two friends realized they shared a passion for discussing the latest issues and solutions to longstanding problems. They decided to start a podcast to share their insights with the world, modeling how to have these discussions through the differing lens of a Black human and white human.

Our intent is to provide our listeners with engaging and thought-provoking content related to systemic practices and how to break them down. We want to spark discussions and inspire our audience to think outside the box while showing that two people who see the world through very different lived experiences can have tough discussions with humor, patience, and grace.

  • Creative Interaction ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just listened to the introductory episode and really appreciated the interactive sharing, “just because…” segment. What a clever way to learn more about each of your experiences and perspectives! Igaf about several things and am super happy when women empower women! Thanks to you both!

  • Proud to Listen and Learn ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I might be a little biased, as Diane is my sister, but I’ve already learned more about my dead relatives and their impact on the world. I look so forward to further conversations between her and J!

The podcast seems quite interesting and different. Can’t wait to hear more! Will it be interactive in the future?
